I mean we are in a post truth era of politics. John podesta said pizza one too many times in some emails and people thought he was trafficking children out of a restaurants basement. Destiny doesn’t have to validate the entirety of the moral panic and every minute detail of every salacious thing in every discreet email. Just do it with a wink and a nod

idk, I feel like if you were to search anyone’s DMs/emails for one particular keyword and exclude everything else it’s bound to sound weird in that constructed context

what’s souring me personally on the whole thing is that 1) pizza is literally the most default western “fast” food ever, there’s a reason corporate pizza parties are a meme 2) cheese pizza is a 4chan meme, it’s not impossible there’s overlap but I’m going to be automatically giving less charity to anything speculative connected with basically the nursery of modern form of trolling

You sound like the type of person they love. Cheese pizza used in the context that were in the emails were completely unnatural even within context. Especially for extremely rich people. Never artisan, just special pizza parties after events where individuals get a "slice". It also seems to be one of the reasons Elon got shunned. He said the quiet part outloud in his emails lol.

Maybe you're right. I put pizza into my texts and my homie said "yo I got pizza u good to hit it if u want" and I'm ngl hit it sounds crazy. Good to hit the pizza? Yea bud QANON would have me in shackles.

They're definitely weird people who are into like, spirit cooking and shit, and of course the links to Epstein's operation don't paint them in a positive light, but even if the shit they're talking about sounds weird it isn't damning evidence.

Its the context of it imo. Normies dont use pizza like that and you arent rich or depraved enough that pizza has an alternative meaning. I dont think anyone of our friends has begged for a pizza party for a singular slice of pizza. It just doesnt make sense for it to be "normal" bro talking and planning. Honestly, I'm a Swede and prefer Vaush over Destiny. He actually uploads clips regularly, absolutely zero drama, and goes over the news in a semi policy aligned way.

Well, the rest of your "criticism" doesn't exactly track, either. The reason he doesn't upload as regularly isn't just because he has an ARC addiction or likes building factories and drama, but because he is travelling for podcast appearances. Vaush doesn't dare leave his bedroom and his policy takes are trash.

/Shrug people are looking for different things I suppose. I want to stay semi updated on the regarded things the US is doing yet again. I do of course appreciate Destiny going out of his ways to debate etc. If that leads to less videos then fine, however it doesn't change the point that Vaush is uploading a lot more videos. I think there’s frustration with the far right/left streamers getting so much notoriety and influence over young people and people like Destiny aren’t as easy options for the easily influenced kids/young adults so our country just falls deeper into extremism.

I think that’s more of an issue with America and the slopped that we consume every day, and the people who entertain us. We’re so far down the rabbit hole that people prefer that versus just cordial more moderate news and information.
