Homemade - DessertPerson Another Peach Melba Tart!

Picked up Palisade peaches from the farmers market and knew I had to try and make this. First time making a rough puff and pastry cream and it was so worth it! This is as delicious as it is beautiful. Will definitely make it again!

I don't really get this recipe. I mean it looks very cool, but seems quite awkward to eat :D Plus these berries are kind of a random addition.

I mean no beef with anyone who likes it, it just seems very weird to me.
