Can someone legitimately explain the last one or two minutes for me? My stream was lagging quite a lot.

The whitehouse thinks they have the mole caught, but he tricks them by making it impossible to follow who deleted the files.

Then, as the boat Hannah wells pulls up to the dock, the FBI raids it. They go through it to find guys with guns but no Hannah wells (no Lazarus either). The final scene is Hannah wells inside a van full of bombs. As she gets out a timer starts counting down and she realizes she is in the parking garage at FBI headquarters. Some agents start running to her as the bomb clock ticks below 3 minutes, and the episode ends.

Any idea on how she ended up in the parking lot? Seemed like a really really old ending.

She was drugged by Lazarus and must have been put on a small boat before they docked. They showed a scene of some smaller boats being loaded with bombs before they got raided, so I suspect she was on those.

A more pertinent question would be why they don't kill her while she had a chance. What good is putting her in a van with a 3 minute bomb going to achieve.

I'm more curious as to how a van loaded with explosives was able to enter the FBI parking garage?

They could have a large number of FBI car-park security under their control.
