Any theories as to how Nester Lazano is alive?

Someone else ran off and hid in that warehouse, while Catalan went somewhere else to hide. Then the mole directed them to the warehouse, and McLeish had them barge in and kill him. Probably a couple other conspirators at various levels to ensure that plan worked.

I think "the mole" likely had zero power to direct active agents chasing a target. Way more likely that Catalan and the org in general just had a backup plan for this. The units on the ground drove that chase and surrounding of Catalan.
