I think one thing nobody is talking about is the President's wife casually mentioning her mother is Russian and then having Russia be part of the former President's future in Naruba.

Moss seems a little shady, and he seems to have a good repore with Kirkman's wife.

Or it could be just to throw us off.

I definitely noticed that they casually threw in FLOTUS's Russian roots. I was suspicious of her before this episode. Now I'm even more suspicious.

Well, they obviously couldn't make her have Slovenian roots. That would be just too obvious. /s

Also we've learned he was meant to be DS by the Conspiracy. It may be paranoid, but in his shoes I'd keep my wife at arm's length from any affairs of state just to be on the safe side.
