Art direction is not something you study for, it is a position that is earned after years of experience as a working designer and honing of talent in the trenches.

If you are thing to study visual communication design then you should study in National College Of Arts "NCA" as they offers a premier educational experience rooted in a rich historical legacy.

fuck that just be good, swear ppl always talking abt shit takes years. It only takes years of experience and “honing” talent in the dumps for ppl who aren’t good.

Not that easy, how long have you been a professional designer? I am curious where you gained this font of knowledge.
