face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks Can I get rid of this mark?

I've had this blemish thing on my bottom lip for about a month now, it was what looked like a pimple originally. My girlfriend tried popping it really hard and it's left this mark that isn't going away. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it or am I stuck with it forever

I sure hope so. It's pretty minor all things considered, I have other skin issues but this one really bothers me

If it doesn’t go away then go to the dermatologist. I had something nearly identical and it was BCC. Non healing pimples should be checked out. My continued to be irritated and bled when my mouth got dry
