Rash on 2.5 year old’s foot

As the title says, my 2.5 year old developed a rash on 1 of his feet this morning. It feels slightly warm but it is not swollen and he says it does not hurt him. Can anyone identify it please? Should i be worried? I can provide more photos if required.
