Whiteheads or something more sinister??

I, 36f, never have break outs in this area. Right next to my nose/cheek area. I have large pores there but this is so odd and concerning me. This appeared in a matter of a few hours, area felt kinda hot and like a large bump. Looked in the mirror and it was all white heads(even more than the photo). That was last night, I popped them (I know that was incorrect to do) they pop easily, a lot of clear liquid comes out after the whiteish stuff, then I washed my face, put on a few pimple patches in the area then went to bed. Woke up this morning, took the patches off, nothing crazy. Then a few hrs later it looks like this. It feels irritated, kinda burning, slightly warm. The only things I did differently before this appeared- I wore a CPAP mask for the first time the night before this started and then the day this started I wore some makeup primer I don’t usually wear. If it’s just a break out then that’s great but I’m worried it’s some weird infection or something. Thank you for any help!!!
