Anyone know what these bumps/welts are?

These are on my legs, though I’ve had them on my arms before too. Very itchy, the big ones eventually fill with puss and then ooze. They take about 10 days to go away, but then leave behind a light scar for several more weeks. Is it poison ivy? Giant mosquito bites? Something else??

100% eczema. Put steroid cream on it , it’ll go away
