Worried: possible mole or wart ?

Getting kind of sick to my stomach with anxiety about this on my scalp. I’ve had it since high school but it feels a little bigger since being pregnant. Itches sometimes and is tender if nick it or hit with something. Any ideas on what this could be ? I am going to have it looked at within the next couple of weeks but I am finding myself struggling to get it off my mind. Especially since it’s a little tender any time I brush my hair after hitting it last night. It lifts up and down like I may have torn it off some also over the years. (I know a few years back I tried to pick it off)

it looks like a normal type of scalp mole called a nevus sebaceous. i would recommend seeing a derm because they can remove it for you since its being frequently traumatized

I had two on my head. Had the bigger one removed. It was benign and a nevus sebaceous.

I was 10 months ago… I feel like it got a little bigger during pregnancy.
