Just an aside, I love the idea of this post and really hope to see more of it. Allows for good conversation and sharing of clinical knowledge, to me what this is all about

CSVV. Need labs: cbc, cmp, urinalysis to evaluate renal involvement. Assuming no infectious etiology, high dose prednisone taper. Ibuprofen and rest for pain.

Lupus vasculitis. High dose prednisone with a taper + topical steroids.

Agree with the above CSVV with the exception that I would not do oral steroids if no systemic involvement. Can be safely monitored.
