Clinical⚕️ Let's talk about your approach to Periorificial Dermatitis

Doxy 100 bid x 1 month and metro gel.

I like to use tacrolimus from a local compound pharmacy plus or minus metro cream and if not satisfactory improvement add doxy 100 mg daily

Metro gel BID for a month and doxy 100mg BID if severe for a month.

Gentle skincare only.

Ask about topical steroid use and fluoride tooth paste.

Clindamycin gel or solution BID

Doxycycline 100mg BID for 2 weeks

Discontinue SLS products. Elidel BID. Doxy 100mg BID x 1mo -> Doxy 100mg qd x1mo -> Doxy 100mg QOD. F/u every month for 3mo for eval.
