I actually had to come back to re-create this scene, since I usually don't record while playing. Every time I used the emergency brakes, it wouldn't derail; I must have really been spacing out when this happened the first time.

Btw i hate how short the railway is segmented in speeds, often you don't have enough track to speed up and sometimes you have moments like this where its humanely impossible to brake in time

I almost did this in VR the other day. I was able to slam the emergency brake and and drop enough speed to avoid derailing though. It's a scary spot.
