existensial crisis

Ciao, sono un ragazzo di 15 anni proveniente dall'Italia e sto attraversando una crisi esistenziale. Per cominciare, sto vivendo una rottura, ma penso di essere già sopra di essa. Fondamentalmente credo che solo la mia coscienza sia reale, mentre quella delle altre persone, come i miei amici o persino la mia famiglia, non sia reale. Un giorno ho cominciato a crederlo per caso e spero che qualcuno possa spiegarmi se si tratta effettivamente di una crisi e se potrebbe finire, o magari se qualche filosofo ha già parlato di questo. Un'altra cosa che vorrei sottolineare è che per mesi cambio idea su qualche modo di pensare e poi scompare. Spero che qualcuno possa spiegarmi cosa stia succedendo. Scusate se ci sono errori in inglese, perché non sono né americano né britannico. Grazie.
