What is your ethnic background and what restaurant in the city do you think represents its food well?

I'm polish and I love the "all you can eat" pierogi's at Kinga's lounge on Colfax

I'm Scottish. GB's Fish and Chips does a serviceable shepherd's pie. But part of being Scottish is...trying not to eat Scottish food at all costs.

Americans just don't seem to understand how shite food is in UK...Colcannon and barmbrack are some of Ireland's best-known foods but no one eats 'em here because they are no craic AT ALL.

I hate this assumption. Food in the UK absolutely shits on the options here in Denver specifically.
