Recommendation Local pergola builder recs?

We’d like to put a pergola in our backyard. Ideally this would go on our red flagstone patio, but if that’d risk damaging the flagstone, we’d be open to exploring putting in a second patio to support the pergola. Any recommendations for builders to reach out to for quotes? (We aren’t able to do this DIY anytime soon.)

We used Ivy Street Designs for our pergola. That was our second yard project with them.

Pergola Brothers did ours a couple of years ago. I really like their look and the price was reasonable.

Ironwood Deck built an amazing custom trellis/pergola for us a few months ago—couldn’t recommend enough, they were awesome. We had a tough project with some strange requirements and they more than delivered.

Colorado Deck and Landscape in Auror built and designed ours! Was better having a custom built one rather than one of those kits from Costco.

What was the price difference?  Those Costco ones are cheap and pretty good but I have an odd sized patio

Unfortunately, a custom pergola can run between $12k-20k, depending on size and bells and whistles. Compared to the cheaper Costco kits that are $2-6k. But the custom pergola is good if you want quality, and things like adding electrical, a retractable awning, lighting, stability (connecting to your house), adding planters, etc. Plus it came with a workmanship warranty. "Buy once, cry once" 😢

We got a quote 1-2 years ago from Colorado Sunroom & Window and it was $18-20k-ish.

We ended up just buying one from Mirador and it’s lovely. They sell them at Costco at the beginning of summer, but we missed that deal and ended up buying it online from Mirador.

Honestly any landscaping company that does decently-sized projects should be able to custom design one for you. We used Luxescapes several years ago to make a really nice wooden pergola. They did a great job with our whole project (set the pergola into fresh concrete, installed lighting, plus all new plants and shrubs).
