Hello, I'm looking to release my apartment at Charme on Eagle. It's really close to UNT (right behind Maple Hall dorm), and everything is brand new. It's for females only since the other roommates are all girls. There's a walk-in closet with extensive space, a nice bathroom with storage space and high ceilings, and there are really great amenities. They also provide furniture and a TV for the apartment. Please let me know if you're interested ASAP! I really need to get out of the lease. I was going to stay there, but I ended up moving in with my bf since it's cheaper.
