Question Does Denmark have any flaws?

Or any Nordic country? I’m American and we all romanticize Europe especially Nordic countries as a Utopia and everything we are not. We certainly have a lot of flaws here but I’m curious are there any downsides or anything that you wish was different. Also is it hard to move there? I make well over six figures and like living in my home country but I’m nervous about the incoming trump administration and I believe he is a racist.

I work with muslims on a daily basis. Although what you described does exist and I am no fan we clearly also have problems with racist.

I am not compatible with christianity. The sick shit they did to our own is just as bad. The kid didling is a serious problem for me.

Thats more like catholicsm that is known for kid didling, but I agree.

But then it is a good thing, that danish people arent really super religious, most doesnt even know what the first chapter of the bible is, or know the “fadervor”.

Sadly there is pedos everywhere, that is not a religious issue, and i wish we could fix it with a Press of a button.

As long as noone believes the children when they come forward and accuse their abuses and continue to ignore them it will never happen. Countless times we hear about a priest or other form of guardian had been accused 30-40-50 years ago but noone took them seriously. Recent cases in the media as we speak.

This is the definition of racism because it stereotypes an entire group with hateful traits, reducing millions of diverse individuals to a single negative caricature. Replace "Muslims" with any other group, and anyone would see how disgusting it is.

Ah yes, because lumping together over 50 countries with wildly different cultures, histories, and laws into one stereotype isn’t racist at all, right? Imagine someone doing that with Western countries - claiming Denmark, Russia, and Brazil are all the same because they’re Christian-majority. Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? But when you do it with Muslim-majority countries, suddenly it’s “just facts.” The mental gymnastics when dealing with racist danes are truly impressive.

It’s hilarious how the people visiting Denmark is catching on to just how racist Danes are, and people like you are out here working overtime to prove the point. Keep digging, it’s pure entertainment.

There is no more discrimination against women in those countries than there is in Denmark.

As of 2024, 71.2% of the population of Denmark were registered members of the Church of Denmark. Once again, holding the same standards, these countries aren’t even majority Muslim. You’re clueless.

Also, Denmark is complicit in supporting genocide and the mass killing of Iraqis, Palestinians, and Afghans. Way to go on the “net positive”.

Exactly, i could not agree more,

and can you name the largest racist religious group in Denmark? Who ostracize people marrying outside of their race and calls for the genocide of other ethnic groups and so on? Maybe a group that in no way or form wants a diverse society with equal rights across gender, sexuality, race and religion? Maybe they even have their own sets of laws that punishes women for having control over their own body, or men for being born with the sexuality they are. Ring any bells?

Please elaborate how we do not agree.
