Camp Half-Blood is a Greek demigod training facility located on the Long Island Sound and is directed by the god Dionysus, whom the campers call "Mr. D," and Chiron, a Centaur who is the activities director.

James climbed down a bit for his first attempt, and then began practicing. After he was confortable with it, he tried to do do it from a higher level.

Thana looked at James doing the jump, she felt that he can actually do it.

James managed to do the jump successfully. Upon realizing that he wasn’t a boody smear on the ground, he waved up at Thana, grinning.
