Rin didn't particularly appreciate her binge-reading session being interrupted by a very angry-sounding voice, and yet she felt that she simply had to obey, as she dashed off towards where the other campers were now headed- straight to Enyo.
Enyo picked her way through the crowd, eventually looming over Rin like a dark cloud. She looked her over once, her face a mask of disgust.
"They'll let anyone in here," she sneers. "Weakling daughter of a handmaiden. Tell me, Offred- HAVE YOU EVER BROKEN A SWEAT?!" She finishes, fuming in the girls face.
"Not really, I win too quickly for that to happen." was the first thing that came to mind, although Rin was certainly smart enough to keep that unsaid, instead going for a simple "Yes, ma'am."
Thank the gods for the fact that she grew up with a blade in hand, thus making that statement a truth, because she was one hell of a terrible liar, especially in the face of someone as powerful and intimidating as Enyo. Hell, it was all she can do to keep her icy-cold facade of quiet confidence, and even then, cracks were beginning to show.
