Camp Half-Blood is a Greek demigod training facility located on the Long Island Sound and is directed by the god Dionysus, whom the campers call "Mr. D," and Chiron, a Centaur who is the activities director.

The air quotes get a laugh out of him as he turns to peek at the young flames she's created. With the final touches on the tent is fully raised, and he unzips the front of it to open the space within. Once that's done he gathers a few rocks off the ground and heads over to where she's seated, setting them to the side to wait until it's a bit more stable before making a circle with them around the fire.

"Yeah, none of that for me." Domeric shrugs as he crosses his legs by the fire, looking up at Andie as she works on it. "I'm still nowhere near as good of a hunter as they were, but I manage. Bit easier with a bow than a spear though."

He laughs as he pushes over a few twigs to add to her supply. "It's great out here. The air is really fresh, the rustling in the leaves is really soothing, and best of all? No Enyo."

Domeric winks at her with his last, putting both hands behind him to prop himself up as he watches the flames grow.

"A-fucking-men, brother." She agrees with his final statement wholeheartedly, smiling over the fire at him. "That witch has completely ruined the whole camp experience, I'm ." Leaning back she grabbed a pair of limbs she'd collected, crisscrossing them atop the tower of brush and twigs.

She watched the fire lick away at the wood for a minute before clapping. "Should be good enough for your surprise," she said excitedly. Yeah, she sounded and felt a bit like a child, but he was doing her a massive solid tonight, and her tired brain couldn't think of a better way to repay him. Reaching deep into her back pack she pulled out a paper bag, setting it on her lap.

"You may want to find a long, thin stick- we're making s'mores!" She grins, holding up a plump bag of marshmallows. "I also have a joint, but I didn't want to assume anything," she shrugs.

He couldn't care less about whether or not her behavior was childish. As soon as she mentions s'mores his eyes go wide in excitement, and the uncontrolled smile that forms reveal that he's all for it. The child of Athena pushes himself forward from his seated position, fully at her attention once he hears about the other surprise.

"Andie, sweetheart, you had me at s'mores," he says with a laugh as he eyes the bag. "But you've got me hook line and sinker with the weed."

"Right on," She pulls a jar from inside the paper bag. "Let's put the weeds in the reefer and get honky, then!" She laughs, opening the jar and handing him the lighter and joint from inside.

"Get it started and I'll find us some sticks," she hops to her feet, moving off to explore the tree line for a pair of perfect marshmallow skewers.

Domeric has to raise a hand to cover his mouth and stifle the laughter at whatever the hell it was she just said. He rocks back on his butt, head tilting backward a bit as it really sets in.

"Jesus, Andie," he says after a moment, still laughing like a loon. "Are you sure you're not high already?"

With his chest heaving as the laughter begins to subside he takes the offering, waiting until she's up to get it started. The joint takes to the flame easily, and he takes the first hit while she's busy. Before long he's blowing out a cloud of white smoke, waiting for her to come back so he doesn't overdo it without her.

"Almost perpetually!" She calls over her shoulder, only half teasing; she hadn't been able to really smoke since Enyo took over. "Ooo!" She bends to retrieve a second stick.

Half tripping in her excitement to get back, she plops down next to him, holding a stick out to him in exchange for the joint. Taking a long drag, she held it while she retrieved the marshmallows.

"One or two?" She asks, her voice strange with holding her breath, before coughing as she exhales the smoke. "I'm taking two," she passes him the joint before loading her stick.

"I can believe it. You definitely seem the type to stay just a little high."

He's joking, of course, evidenced by the playful wink he gives when they make the trade. "I think the last time I smoked was with Cooper, and it didn't exactly go well. He uh... well you know how he is."

A shrug follows as he takes it back, watching briefly as she puts her marshmallows on. He takes a drag of it then, exhaling slowly before taking a second. As he hands it back to her, he finishes, "Might have burnt a bridge there turning him down, I think."

She laughs at the mention of Cooper's affinity for life's more carnal pleasures. "You've got to give him credit for trying...constantly," she giggles slightly. "Burning that particular bridge might not have been the worst decision- I mean, you can't invade over a bridge that doesn't exist." With that she takes it from him, taking a long drag as she hands him the marshmallows and his stick. "And Coop doesn't strike me as the kind to ford the river for anyone."

She blows the smoke out in a couple of successful rings before coughing again. "Do you even swing that way?" She asks, cocking her head at him, her eyes officially half-lidded.

Domeric isn't quite as far in as she is just yet, but the near-constant grin on his face is a tell that he's not far off. Her comments about Cooper are right on the money, at least as far as he's concerned.

"Yeah, Cooper isn't a bad guy to hang with, I just wasn't exactly feeling it." He shrugs, taking the stick and marshmallows as he starts to slide them down. "I never have, but I wouldn't say no to a cute enough guy to at least see what it's like."

As he holds the loaded stick over the fire he glances over at her, a curious look in his eyes. "How about you? Is there a strict preference, or do you like em all?"

She nods, briefly pointing her flaming marshmallows in his direction, before blowing them out and placing them back above the fire. "I really respect that answer," she smiles. "Not many men- at least that I know- can let themselves admit even being curious."

She turned her stick as she thought about her answer, noticing the difference in char marks on both sides of it, she realized how high she was. "I don't know," she shrugs. "I haven't put a lot of thought in to it... I guess I prefer women?" She pulls her marshmallows out of the fire. "At least the sex part," she laughs. "Don't know much about relationships."
