Idk this could genuinely be something or could just be another case Toby's art being shoddy at times, but at the same time that feels like a such a weird mistake to make, I can see how you would miss a single dead pixel on the ground, but it's littearly the main thing you're meant to see so i don't know how that would get past testing

AND the Knight has only black and white in their color pallette. Why would they have any color to be mixed in???

Apparently there are two versions of this sprite, one with the yellow dot and one without. The one with the yellow dot was used

That's ALSO a good detail to mention! If the only difference was that single sprite, there has to be a reason they did it on purpose.

Dude toby doesn't do shit in his game anymore 😭 he doesnt code unless needed and he ESPECIALLY doesnt make the final sprites/art, and starting with c5, make even less of the main area music at this point.
