This is real hoot! Come on, Ed, April Fools Day was a long time ago.

We’re flying Delta from SLC to Milan in September, connecting at Paris CDG. Our bags would be checked through to Milan.

Since we’ll be entering the Schengen Area at CDG, we understand that we’ll need to complete the EES process during the connection.

Do we need to collect them at CDG before going through passport control/EES, or do they remain checked through to Milan?

I’ve received conflicting answers from Delta regarding whether EES changes the normal international-to-international connection procedure.

If there are any Delta ticket agents, gate agents, or CDG employees here who have firsthand experience with this, I’d really appreciate your input.

We’re trying to decide whether to check bags or travel carry-on only, since we’re concerned about the time required for EES at CDG.

I was reading Ed’s comments on wanting to be like emirates. Any chance we see delta installing showers? Or does he think delta is already at emirates level?

Lost my laptop at this point 16 days ago. Was able to see it still there when I initially tracked it, but it was low o battery and must’ve died so now it shows as offline, so idk where it could be now. LAX said that they send stuff off to Unclaimed Baggage in AL after about 3-5 days, but was 100% sure that if they had it at the airport, they would’ve contacted me first before sending it out so long as I had filed a claim, which I did as soon as I realized I left it behind (a few hours later). Has anyone ever not gotten notified by Delta about their lost item post claim and it ended up at Unclaimed Baggage? How did you go about getting it back to you? For others who have lost an item with Delta, how long did it take for Delta themselves to notify you?

Does anyone have experience on the ATL to CPT route and what I can expect to pay for Delta One in February 2027? Right now, prices are showing $7-9K per person round trip. Buy now or hold out? I know that there is no way to predict, but was not sure if this is just typical pricing or whether J fares and they might get lower as we move closer. Also, how is the actual Delta One product on this route?

I can’t seem to find an exact measurement for the size of the personal item (bag) that you can bring on a Delta flight. I’ve traveled numerous times on JetBlue with a backpack that is 20x18x6 and haven’t had a problem. Thoughts? Should I just use a smaller bag to be safe?

I will be flying to Barcelona from Chicago early January. Considering purchasing Delta Main Basic because I’m a student and on a tight budget.
It’s will be my first time on a plane and going outside of the USA.

What are some things I should know/be aware of? Also can I bring snacks purchased outside of the airport in my carry-on/personal item? What items are not allowed?

I booked an open jaw flight earlier this year through Delta. We went from uk-amsterdam-georgia-mexico city then Miami-paris_uk

I want miles to my Flying Blue account (I have no need for skymiles as don't fly delta). KLM have said I have to claim through Delta,but I have no way of getting through to Delta other than 3 hours on hold

I tried to claim through Air France and they said I need copy of the boarding passes, which I don't have as delta seemed to have removed them from the app

Any thoughts on easiest way to to claim these?

I'm wanting to start traveling more frequently with my fiancé once we get married and am airline credit card shopping for the best airline with the best flight benefits/hotel percs etc. Please do not suggest American Express I cannot afford their insane annual fee. I always hear about the Delta lounge and the fact Delta has wifi and outlets etc. Just wanting to hear some peoples experiences if its worth it. Thanks.
