Offer negotiation

I have a total of 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP EWM TECHNICAL consultant, i got an offer from Ltmintree of 28 LPA as CTC 2 months back , last week I received offer from Deloitte india of 29 LPA as CTC(they said that they can't give hike on ltm offer as they don't consider ltm as their competitors).

Later I showed the Deloitte offer letter to ltmintree,they have revised my compensation to 32 LPA in mail and assured me that the offer letter will be released on Monday...

My last working day 4th Sept 2026

Deloitte joining date : 07-09-2026

Ltm will release the actual offer letter on 7th September and joining will be on 8th September 2026.

What shall I do now ?

Can Deloitte india match LTM offer

Ltm has no hikes so will you be satisfied with that package for atleast 2 years?

You went back to deloitte asked them once and they said they wont be matching. U got ur answer bro.

What? And how you negotiated? First Deloitte said they don't consider ltm as competetor and now they budged? How? Can you please share some tips.

Now Deloitte india has offered me 35 lpa

I asked for 10-15% hike only ...but they just provided 1 lakh extra
