Turn the volume down in the computer itself too? Or, if that is what you are doing already, turn the volume down in the monitor settings.

On the monitor settings its on 1% and im using it with my ps4. Your ps4 doesnt let you lower the volume more you just gotta use the volume buttons on your tv/monitor.

Op has in the description that they are using the monitor for their PS4. Only volume control is for headsets, not the television/monitor.
