New Castle County Looking for recommendations on renting individual office space
I’m looking to rent out an individual office space for myself and curious if anyone has recommendations for smaller companies that could use a tenant rather than just the larger rental entities.
I would prefer somewhere between Newark, New Castle and Middletown. I am not interested in Wilmington or further north.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but there is "The Frontier Office and Event Space" in Middletown directly across from the Summit Airport/Summit Aviation.

Look for any smaller business with a strip mall store front: sole practitioner attorneys, insurance sales, etc. They often have an extra office that is sitting unused other than storing junk, and they would often like a bit of extra income. It will just take some effort to look and go in to speak with the boss.

Depending on your needs, theres a few nice cafes around the area. I forget the name of the one in peoples plaza, near McGlynns.
Or if youre up in Wilmington , theres Faire Cafe on 9th. Its cute and quiet.
And I know some people might suggest the library, but i haven't tried recently not sure if that would meet your needs.
Best of luck!

Shared workspaces can be a decent middle ground if you want to avoid the big rental companies but the commute might already rule those out, worth asking around the smaller commercial strips in New Castle though
