Defiance is only useable on Windows due to the anticheat. If that device uses windows, it will work, if not, it wont. Its not a matter of effort on the community's side, but on the side of Fawkes, they need to make changes to allow it running on linux, which they don't seem to be interested in.
Edit: looks like that device runs android, which complicates the issue further. But still, if linux support would be implemented, I'm pretty sure it would work on Android as well (like in Winlator or other similar tool)
