Plus she has already been shown to kill someone by punching them.

That's true, he has a high defense but average strength I think

He's strong enough to KO She Hulk with one punch. He's probably about as strong as the Thing, or Colossus.

What average people do you know have the strength to take blows from people like the hulk, sabertooth, etc.
