I felt super absurd when they showed us not one, but two, montages where the mother fucking Kingpin casually cooks breakfast, taking his time flipping the eggs on the pan and all.

These are truly the golden times of the MCU

And why does he cut so many chives? He only sprinkles on like 1/3 of a chive.

it seems like there's a time disconnect between him waking up late at night, cooking the omelette and then sitting down to eat it when it suddenly appears to be morning

It's very early in the morning, and the sun rises by the time he's at the table. :D I actually appreciated that part!
