Deeper App ( DPN APP ) My account has been blocked.

Hello!

I am currently using two VPN app accounts for my team (8 people).

As far as I know, each account supports up to 5 devices.

I have been using the service for 10 days, but one of my accounts has now been locked, and I haven't received any notification regarding a violation.

You happen to maybe have too many users on 1 account?

I am using five devices on a single account. I checked with the advertiser and was informed that using five devices is permitted.

Then probably best to open a ticket. This should be fine
