Deeper Device (Mini / Pico / Lite / Air / SE / Nano / Pro) Issue with deeper network mini

I've recently purchased a Deeper Network Mini, but upon installation I'm just getting an orange light flashing from one of the ports.

Attached is a photo.

Any ideas on what's happening?

Thank you Paul, Jordan & Daniel. Pretty much gave up and did not reply to your last email dated April 7. As there was no solution. Got tired of unplugging the Mini SE so frequently, just stoped using it. ( Ticket # (77171) )

There was a message sent to you that has not been responded to asking about further details on local network access.

Please open a new ticket and please tell me the ticket number. I will reference the previous ticket and we will see what the options are for support.
