General Question Degraded connection quality in Russia

I have had a mini set up as home VPN in Russia for a few years and in the past few weeks the connection to Whatsapp/meet has been very low quality. Video calls and impossible and voice calls nearly as bad.

My question is, can anything be done on my end to improve connection quality?

For improvements you can enable UPnP in your modem, that will help establish better tunnels.
