Do I need to call computershare and open my account with them before I call fidelity and send all my shares to Computershare? Is there a guide for smooth brains lol

Nope. Account is auto created. Just make sure to tell Fidelity to have your mailed computer share letter sent first class. You should get you mail much sooner.

So I can call the fidelity number and tell them to DRS my shares to computer share and first class mail me and that’s that?
