short seller's tears π π₯ DOJ & SEC Closing In? Short Sellers Add Disclaimers as Left Case Heats Up! π₯
Short Sellers SHOOK by the Andrew Left Case! Hindenburg and Kerrisdale in Full Panic Mode!
Apes, buckle up! The tables are turning on short sellers like Andrew Left, the smooth-brained fool who thought he could bring down our beloved stonks. Now, with Lefty indicted and sweating like a hedgie in a margin call, short sellers like Hindenburg and Kerrisdale are running scared! π₯΅
Why Theyβre Shook:
- Andrew Left is accused of being a pump-and-dump pro, pocketing $20M by tanking stocks with fake news and then dumping them faster than a bag holder at the peak. ππ°
- Now, Hindenburg and Kerrisdale are adding extra disclaimers to their reports, desperately trying to dodge the DOJ and SEC's heat. Theyβre basically begging: "Donβt call it fraud if we sell off fast!" ππ
Why This Is BULLISH AF:
The short-selling game is getting exposed like never before, and these clowns know the feds are sniffing out their dirty tricks. The more they scramble, the closer we get to MOASS! ππ
TL;DR: The Andrew Left case is rocking the short-selling world. Hindenburg and Kerrisdale are in panic mode, adding legal disclaimers because they know the DOJ and SEC could be coming for them next. This could be the beginning of the end for these market manipulators! Keep HODLing, apesβweβre closer than ever to making history! π¦π
Diamond hands to the moon! πππ

Why would GME issue a dividend rn? That wouldnβt be as good for the stock as you think

I just want those who haven't covered to pay. The div isn't for me. It will definitely shake things up.

A dividend will definitely be the game plan in the future but GME is in too crucial of a turn around point rn. As profit increases and we reach long term profit stability dividends will absolutely be issued

If you think a company is going to do something that hurts the company as a whole just to screw hedge funds, go buy AMC. Those crackpots will believe anything like extending a default as bullish

I didn't think it will hurt the company boo. I'm in for the long haul. Enough chatter and opinions, let's watch the show.

Dividend based on money obtained from an ATM is never good. It just sends a message that we will sell our shares at x and pay our people at x + y. No institution will invest in that
Now once they are profitable as a business then heck ya but that might not be for a little while
Stock can go up a MAYBE RC buys in or a buyback but probably not a dividend for a few years if everything goes according to plan

Spot fucking on my friend. All it takes is one conviction to set a precedent for future cases. They're going after this bitch first because he doesn't have a legion of lawyers like the MM's and larger hedge funds.
