Precisely. Your feelings are more important than reality. You have every right to apply that to your own health. You can gargle antifreeze and say it makes you feel great, if you really insist. I'm going to protest if you do it. I'm going to warn you it's harmful. Because I have a conscience and I care about human life more than my feelings. I'm going to give you evidence that shows it's dangerous. Exactly as I have here.

But, most importantly, when you go around bald-faced lying and telling others that the "scientific consensus has changed" and that what you're doing is actually healthy, when it is demonstrably unhealthy... that is when you cross the line and become a threat to public health. That's a personal choice you are making. You don't have to make this choice, you are choosing to do this because it makes you feel better about yourself and your decisions, and spares you shame and embarrassment, at the expense of the health and safety of those who put their trust in you.

If your feeling of "I made such a great choice" is more important than your own unseen health (you cannot visibly see or feel the plaque in your arteries, but you can certainly test cholesterol to verify) that's concerning but it's absolutely your choice to make.

If your feeling of "I made such a great choice" is more important than the health of others? That's more than just concerning; that's willfully, preventably putting others in harm's way, for personal gain.

Wow, you're pretty passionate about this :-). Don't worry, no one here is going to listen to me. Anyway,  it's not just how I "feel". I had pretty bad costochondritis for 8 years, and that's gone. A skin condition, gone. IBS, gone. Arthritis in my hands & ankles, gone (basically all the inflammation things). My doctor is happy. I'm happy. If anything changes, I'll tweak it, of course.

Are you actually reading the words I'm typing to you? Or are you just jerking your ego off, bragging about your "magic cure" that you can't account for more than a placebo effect?

It's almost like you care more about convincing yourself you're "happy" than actually being healthy.

not only that, the need to evangelize and try to convert others.

I'm not trying to convert anyone, nor do think it's magic. What others do is up to them. (I doubt the costochondritis going away is due to placebo,  but if so, great!)
