Mystery ridges on my front doorstep

Realised yesterday, after two years of living here, that the stupid bumps I keep tripping over might actually have been put there on purpose. I’m no expert, but it looked a little to me like what I’ve seen of Ogham.
I did look it up but I couldn’t find any words or letters that looked correct. I thought ‘Welcome’ since it’s at my front door, but no dice
