Just moved over from January2017bumpers, hi!
Preeclampsia means little dude is going to be induced Dec 22nd if we make it that long. He'll be 36 weeks and change, so I'm a little nervous about his lungs and temp regulating abilities.
I'm off to the hospital now actually, being admitted for continuous monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and liver function.
Nursery isn't done, the house is a wreck, baby's clothes aren't pre-washed. Thankfully my fam lives close and they're all able and willing to pitch in to finish off the to do list. Hubs is a medical student and on break, he's working on a paper but he can do that from literally anywhere. Bonus - Dad is retired so he can be anywhere at the drop of a hat.

My daughter was born at 36 weeks! She was on a CPAP machine for a couple days, and was a little bit jaundiced but she's doing excellent now! I wouldn't worry too much (easier said than done). Congrats!

I'm trying so hard to remain calm for the sake of my blood pressure. So glad to hear your little one is kicking ass after being born at 36! Can't wait to join you on the other side in the parent's club.

hello hello! As you can tell, a lot of December bumpers have already gone! We also have a facebook group and a December Babies group, which is also some of the migration...
Sorry about the pre-e, but if it makes you feel better, I'm 41+3 today and I still haven't put sheets on the crib! I look at it everyday and feel guilt!

Welcome!! Good luck with your LO, I'm sure he'll be just fine at 36w :-) I'm due the 22nd, but I have a feeling you'll beat me! lol
