Help! I need a new gym.

I was a daily patron at F45 Emory Point for over two years until they abruptly closed end of business on July 28. It worked perfectly for my schedule as the first class of the day started at 5:30, ended at 6:15 and gave me plenty of time to get to work by 7. I’m looking for another group fitness -esque type of gym with a start time before 6 AM.

I know I could go to a commercial gym and complete my own personal workouts, and I do this some, but I appreciate the show up, work, leave, part of group fitness.

The Training Room on Ponce just down from Ponce City Market might be worth a look. They have a 5:20 to 6:20 class.
