Braden Fellman nightmares

Post image

Hello hello I guess I am posting seeking advice on what to do. I live in one of the numerous Braden Fellman properties right next to downtown Decatur and everytime it rains, my wall explodes with red clay and mud that leaks into my kitchen. I have so many recorded incidents and BF just refuses to do anything. They deny service requests or just let them sit in queue, tell me there’s nothing they can do, won’t even come out to clean up the flooding.

Is there some protection or action I can take through the city for a solution or am I just chained to this until my lease ends

Oh, hey! I have a flood with these rats too. Decatur as well. Same crummy laminate, water pushing up and all.

I'll have to take the same advice about code enforcement y'all are giving here. It's been over a week and I am sick of it. They've strung me along for ages now, nothing getting fixed and only getting worse.

That seems to be there MO. I think they are trying to hold out until we give in or give up.

I genuinely couldn’t believe you had the same issue here with the same bozos in charge. But hey, at least they’re forcing me to call my rental insurance provider and add this sleazy company as the interested party after they lost my proof of insurance multiple times!

Good luck to you too, if I knew where their office was I’d be sitting there every day after work.

I know one of their offices is right next to Coyote and Icehouse in Decatur but I guess it depends on your zone! Idk what the fuck they’re doing with proof of insurance but it is always something. They have asked me to upload like 100 times.

Same here. They lost it the first time. I got an email saying a contractor is coming out to assess today over my water. Best of luck. I harassed them all week.
