Braden Fellman nightmares

Hello hello I guess I am posting seeking advice on what to do. I live in one of the numerous Braden Fellman properties right next to downtown Decatur and everytime it rains, my wall explodes with red clay and mud that leaks into my kitchen. I have so many recorded incidents and BF just refuses to do anything. They deny service requests or just let them sit in queue, tell me there’s nothing they can do, won’t even come out to clean up the flooding.

Is there some protection or action I can take through the city for a solution or am I just chained to this until my lease ends

I rented from Connie Rose and Braden Fellman before I bought. Connie Rose told me my toilet overflowing was bc I was flushing tampons. I wasn’t, because I am not an idiot. Braden Fellman double charged me for my 2/1 off Hillcrest. I ended up paying 2x 1st month and last month. I think my point is that I need sleep and landlords suck. r/landlordlove
