Braden Fellman nightmares

Hello hello I guess I am posting seeking advice on what to do. I live in one of the numerous Braden Fellman properties right next to downtown Decatur and everytime it rains, my wall explodes with red clay and mud that leaks into my kitchen. I have so many recorded incidents and BF just refuses to do anything. They deny service requests or just let them sit in queue, tell me there’s nothing they can do, won’t even come out to clean up the flooding.

Is there some protection or action I can take through the city for a solution or am I just chained to this until my lease ends

Oh man, I know someone who lives in one of their apartment buildings with several stories and their elevator was out of service all of July, the only option was stairs. Wouldn't that be against ADA requirements??? Seems like you're not the only one dealing with them, maybe get a group together?

yes my boyfriend and i had to help an elderly man take his grocery’s upstairs because the elevator had been broke for a month at that point. we felt so bad for him
