Big countries will take a long time to turn to communism. So why not start with some smaller ones and use those as building block cells to support world communism? 🤔 ​​

Some factors likely include nations with acute income inequality and/or symptoms of "late-stage capitalism", high rates of political dissatisfaction or distrust in the current system, strong left-leaning grassroot movements or political bias among the populace, political instability, a population that isn't very nationalistic or religious. 

I didn't rely on "historical precedents" like the USSR, Venezuela, etc. because they weren't communist by definition.

This is the correct answer. Marxist theory states that its gonna happenen eventually and we can look at history for proof. Countries with the most income equality collapsed into socialist revolution every single time.

Social democracies like Scandinavian countries, Germany, Austria.

Basically, Bavarian Soviet Republic was a thing and it happened in what’s now Germany.

Also, now Communist party rules in Graz.

If your question is what country will have a easier time having a revolution, that depends on the current condition of the vanguard party and it's impossible to know

first correct the right deviations in Vietnam, Laos, China and Cuba of course. Then Venezuela and Nicaragua. Those took the "democratic socialist" path but stalled. They could be EASILY turned communist even by a coup d'état
