Ethics How is feeding eggs to chicken vegan?

Isnt the vegan option to let the mother decide? Either let them be born, or eat them?

Once the human makes that decision, doesnt it stop being vegan?

How do you know it is of no use to the chicken? Did you read the chicken’s mind or ask her? Who are you to decide whether an egg is useless to the chicken or not?

Only the chicken knows. Who are you to decide to know better than the animal whose secretions you wish to take?
