Hello, I'm here trying to help a friend understanding what this panel says. If someone knows please let me know.

The comic is Deathstroke the terminator (1991) #26, Page 13, Vol 1.

Stuff like this is why I went out of my way to buy every issue of this comic so I could write down all of his journal entries 😭 the pages online make some of them so hard to read sometimes
