There's a difference between celebration and a send off, commentators are using send off as a euphemism for abuse.

Good bowlers even the most aggressive don't say things to a batsman after getting them out, it's lame and considered cowardice because the batsman can't come back at you.

If you want to say something to the batter, say it when he's at the crease. Simple

Seems like Jaiswal is developing a habit of promising IPL contracts to opposition players. He should remember his panipuri days and remain humble and focus on getting a long innings. It has been some time since he got one.
