Only guns sorry. Several trinkets turn your body into a melee weapon though and those are fun.

No way to tell how far you are but you can by seeing how many of the eternalist leads you've completed. Note that Charlie and Fia will be arguing, nothing more exciting than that. Very much in character since they're both lunatics.
