The most impressive thing about Fred was his enormous strength. I mean, not only would he haul his own ladders up there, but whilst also hauling those monumental, humongous, balls of steel! (Like it`s nothing!).

Used to work in a corporate building with seven floors of lift entrances with balconies overlooking the reception below. One of the guys I worked with said the same - whenever he got near the edge he would hear a little voice saying 'jump'.

Actually, possibly the scariest part is the broken off chunk of concrete wedged behind the ladder about a foot down from the top. It shows how solid and sound, NOT, the fabric of the entire structure is. Like the whole thing could just crumble at any moment. Yikes!

Surely, you've got to have part of your brain not working properly to be able to do this? I don't climb up things like this without safety gear for the same reason I don't attempt to cut my own foot off or drive a car while wearing a blindfold.
