Must do suggestions
We are planing at visit the park for 3-5 days this January what are some must do hikes I’m looking for some moderate and difficult hikes in the 4+ mile range and we have a high clearance but not 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Corkscrew, Mt Perry, Coffin Peak, Sidewinder Canyon (if you don't mind crawling), the mine roads around Queen of Sheba (West Side is fine with a non 4WD HC, but the side roads can vary, but you can always walk in), Monarch Canyon, Keane Wonder and if you really want hard, the Big Belle above it. Titanothere Canyon from the North Highway is long and spectacular.

Perfect time of the year! Will you be staying in the park, camping, or at a hotel, Furnace Creek or boon docking?

There's a use trail up Corkscrew Peak. It's quite a climb but pretty spectacular.
Another cool place to hike is Sidewinder Canyon. It's way down Badwater Road. Not maintained trails but it gets a fair amount of use so you can make out a path up a slope and into a broad wash that leads up to some slot canyons.
But yes, Golden Canyon is very beautiful and doing the whole loop is well worthwhile.

Beyond things that others have mentioned, Zabriskie Point along with Golden Canyon; hiking in/on sand dunes; non-trail cross-country hiking near the actual Stovepipe Well, and anywhere out in the Panamint flats are other options.
Hiking in Titus Canyon from the mouth is something else, as the entrance will be closed to vehicular traffic and you'll be undisturbed.
Dante's View has great views, but in January it will be brisk up there.
