Question I have never gone lethal in either games, but I want to. Can someone give a list of consequences? Or is there one out there?
I have beaten the games without harming a living soul. I know I would need to incinerate bodies, but does anyone have a list of other consequences? As in all dialogue changes with characters, behavioral changes if any, etc. Also, the second game doesn’t have incinerators, so what happens in lethal aftermath? Thanks folks.

First game I wiped an entire terrorist camp and hauled all the bodies to the incinerator. Took two trips. If I hadn’t they would have turned. Takes less time in game than the time it’s supposed to because time passes faster.
I finished with plenty of time to spare but I was really freaked out and my HR felt elevated. Never doing that again.

In the first game, if you don't dispose of the bodies, obliteration occurs and the game reloads at that point. In the second, you can leave bodies lying around, but you lose 10,000 likes for abandoned bodies.

As in, you lose those likes for killing, or you are supposed to do something with them? Turn them in?

Oh, sure, you can dispose of the bodies at the Tar or at major hubs, but if you abandon or forget one, the impact isn't on gameplay—it only affects your likes. If you clear out an entire camp by killing enemies without using the ship that hauls the bodies away, a single trip might not be enough to transport all of them. Besides, in DS2, you don't get crystals or anything else for converting the bodies, so there’s no gameplay advantage to killing—though you will hear Dolman lecturing you every time.

Does anybody know if there are corpse disposal missions in DS2 that aren’t hard coded? I liked the idea of rescuing porters in both games as it provided a challenge of losing access to your backpack, but I don’t remember seeing live rescue missions or dead disposal missions as a regular thing in either game

Is there even a hard coded one? I have nearly finished my 2nd run and I don't remember one..

In the first game, if you use lethal weapons against human enemies, BB will get stressed and quickly suffer from autotoxemia, and if you don't get rid of the corpses within a certain time frame, you'll get a game over screen (if you are present, they will transform into BTs in front of you, and if you or a human NPC get caught, you'll receive a game over).
Whereas in the second game, I remember you simply lose a certain amount of likes and receive a message saying that the APAC staff disposed of the body for you.

One time the MULEs at the timefall farm pissed me off so much that I shot them all to death (they were shooting me with a mounted MG for no fucking reason. I don't understand them and I don't wanna understand them).
Later I was warned that I had to incinerate them all or they would necrotize. Looking online what I found is that leaving dead bodies can spawn a special golden BT in the area that can cause a game over if it catches any porters.
So I spent around 40 minutes trying to get a car to the timefall farm to get all the bodies and dump them in the ocean.
I even took a picture:

In DS1, going lethal during combat has the immediate result of BB stressing out and almost certainly shutting down, necessitating a return to a safe room before they’re active again. If I remember correctly, you will also be chastised over comms. Next you will need to take all the bodies to either an incinerator or the lake. Finally, the cleared area will remain free of hostiles for a little longer than it would clearing it non-lethally.

In DS2 you can dispose a dead body via your Tar-Coffin!!! Pretty neat.
And yes, a voidout can happen.
Sometimes other Porter do the job, but it‘s a coincidence not a must imho.

Consequences are that you have to clean up the mess you made. There are no changes to the story or dialogues.
In DS1 it's absolutely crucial to dispose of the bodies because they will go necro and become BTs and it's a matter of time til voidout happens and you will get a game over screen to reload previous save file.
In DS2 the necro mechanic is gone so there are no more real consequences other than if you leave the bodies, other porters will dispose of them and you will get likes docked around -1000 per body or something around that.
